About the PHS Stress Management - Online Program

The PHS teaches people how they can better manage stress and anxiety in their lives – with a focus on prevention rather than cure. Our mission is to educate, inspire, nurture, empower and support people to take control of taking care of themselves.

This life-changing, tried and tested 6 module online program covers the key, basic wellbeing principles. We focus on a rounded approach to wellbeing - including, movement, nutrition, sleep, breath work and relaxation. Stress impacts all of these key areas - and can be managed by creating new habits and understanding what you can do to get back in control of taking care of yourself.

As an online course, you have flexibility to fit the program into your lifestyle - perhaps lunchtime learning? Attendees are guided through the online program by our experienced practitioners. There is also the opportunity to ask questions - in the online community within the course platform.

The PHS Program offers a preventative healthcare solution for - every one! Employees, patients and school children.

This course is brilliant! It really helped to start me on a road of looking more closely at how to improve my mental and physical health.
— JANE P

I can’t thank Tara and the PHS team enough for introducing me to the power of yoga during the PHS programme. Prior to the scheme I wasn’t very active, but the course enabled me to reframe exercise around the importance of using energy to gain energy, which has helped me to introduce more movement around my busy lifestyle. I’ve now been an active yogi for over a year, which has brought me more mindfulness, balance and calm – a game-changer during the various lockdowns! And I feel so much better for all that I learned, all thanks to the course and the team at PHS.
