About the PHS Stress Management - Online Program for NHS Patients
Supporting the NHS, with a focus on ‘prevention rather than cure’ - The Preventative Healthcare Service has designed The PHS Online Program to support both the NHS and it’s patients to help people better manage stress and anxiety in their lives.
This life-changing, tried and tested 6 module online program covers basic yet powerful wellbeing principles. We focus on a rounded approach to wellbeing - including, movement, nutrition, sleep, breath work and relaxation.
Stress impacts all of these key areas and can be managed by creating new habits and understanding what you can do to get back in control of taking care of yourself.
As an online course, you have flexibility to fit The Program into your lifestyle when it suits you. Whether first thing in the morning, a lunchtime or before you go to bed.
You’ll be guided through the online program by our experienced expert and qualified practitioners. There is also the opportunity to ask questions - in the online community within the course platform.
